Lotus Living develops new partnership with Melbourne Storm
Lotus Living has become the latest addition to Melbourne Storm’s partnership group.
Lotus Living has major residential projects in Melbourne’s west at Wyndham Vale, one of the heartland areas for rugby league and Storm membership, and on the Victoria-New South Wales border at Yarrawonga.
Lotus Living has partnered with Melbourne Storm for the remainder of the 2023 NRL season.
The partnership, launched with a unique nearest the pin golf competition at Storm’s training ground, includes matchday and digital assets, as well as promotional opportunities with the club’s NRL squad.
Founded in 1988 by the Bozzo family, Lotus Living is a family-owned property development company with a vision to create communities with true heart and soul.
Jubilee is Lotus Living’s project in Wyndham Vale. Launched in 2014, it will be a masterplanned community of more than 7000 homes when completed.
Jubilee offers its residents outstanding amenity including Club Jubilee One, Australia’s first private indoor water park, a multi-million-dollar Neighbourhood Centre, schools, parks and easy access to public transport.
The Silverwoods Resort is Lotus Living’s project in Yarrawonga and this residential, hotel and golf course development offers residents and guests the best of waterfront living, luxury regional accommodation, and the world-class 18-hole Black Bull golf course.
Storm Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Cullinan said the partnership was Lotus Living’s first with an NRL club.
“We’re excited to be partnership with Lotus Living – a family-owned company from here in Melbourne with strong connections to one of Storm’s strongholds in the west,” Cullinan said.
“We look forward to highlighting what Lotus Living is achieving with its community focussed projects at Wyndham Vale and Yarrawonga and assisting with their growth plans.”
Peter Bozzo, Managing Director of Bozzo Group, which includes Lotus Living, said: “Melbourne Storm has built a reputation as a professional and progressive club, and we look forward to aligning with the club for the 2023 season.
“Lotus Living has several projects which we will showcase to the rugby league community in Victoria, including Jubilee in Wyndham Vale and the multi-award winning Silverwoods Resort in Yarrawonga which includes The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull championship golf course designed by Thomson Perrett.
“Jubilee is ideally located in Melbourne’s south-west, which is also one of the Storm’s most strongly supported areas in the state.
“We see the Storm partnership as an ideal asset to assist in the growth of our brand and projects and thank Daniel and the Storm team for the opportunity to join one of the most successful sporting organisations in the country.
